JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Strategic Navigation Systems Department (SNS) at the Applied
Research Laboratory (ARL). is seeking a candidate for a Research
and Development Engineer position in the SNS Department to support
strategic navigation systems from the early research and
development phase through development and sustainment of the
deployed hardware and software. This includes the evaluation of
high performance navigation systems, sensors, software, and
integration of those sensors into the US Navy's strategic weapons
systems. This position can be in Warminster, PA or Mitchel Field,
NY
Responsibilities of this position include:
Additional responsibilities and skills of a level 3 include:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security
investigation and will be required to obtain and maintain at least
a SECRET clearance. You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply. Applicants
with an active security clearance will be given preference.
Employment with the ARL will require successful completion of a
pre-employment drug screen.

concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of
