Description What We Do: The Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Engineering team is composed of driven, talented and passionate
individuals who work closely with the business to manage client
engagement and deliver intelligent workflows with exciting,

CRM team is comprised of Product Managers, Software Engineers and
User Experience (UX) designers. The CRM Engineering Salesforce
Developer will collaborate closely with the product and UX teams to
deliver creative technology analytics and workflow solutions to our
business partners. We are an equally technical and business savvy,
top-performing team that is looking for a new CRM Salesforce

Adoption lead to join a strong engineering team focused on
Salesforce platform adoption. This is an opportunity to be part of

efficiency Primary Responsibilities The candidate will lead our
Salesforce Training and Adoption Team and:
- Work directly with Salesforce users across Global Banking &
Markets -to train them on how to use key platform functionality
(Case Management, Reporting, Relationship Management, etc.)
- Develop training curricula inclusive of user guides, training
videos, workshops, and FAQs to support new user onboarding and
added functionality in line with the product roadmap
- Work in collaboration with, but not limited to, Change
Management, Product Managers and Support Team to analyze and
support new training and development needs
- Ensure training materials and knowledgebases (Confluence sites)
are kept up-to-date
- Support Project Team and Business Owner efforts to drive and
improve user adoption; m onitor platform adoption to identify
unused or underutilized platform features
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality in
order to provide recommendations for operational improvements
- Work with divisional teams to develop and maintain a train the
trainer model
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and
/ or stakeholders, such as product release notes
- Support day-to-day Salesforce admin needs: record updates, bulk
uploads, add/remove users, role and profile management, permissions
and access.
- Facilitate internal team trainings to promote cross-training +
general knowledge sharing
- Own new employee onboarding to ensure team members are quickly
trained on internal processes, agile methodology and best practices
Baseline Experience
- 5+ years experience as a technical trainer or technical
documentation writer
- 3+ years Salesforce experience
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of
Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
- The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce sales
cloud, service cloud, standard objects, sharing settings, general
configuration and setup menu.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly
as it relates to explaining both simple and complex technical
concepts to technical and non-technically focused employees
- Ability to manage change effectively and work with teams that
collaborate with university stakeholders;
- Experience creating a software training and usage plan, both
in-person and remote
- Strong research and troubleshooting skills;
- Sensitive to cultural diversity and ability to communicate and
interact effectively with people across global time zones and
