Job Description:

Shift - Monday-Friday/8AM to 4PM, Must be flexible and available to work weekends and 2nd or 3rd shift when needed. Job Title: Project VSU Quality Leader

Must have:

• Manufacturing background in quality (2yrs).
• Current leader ship role.
• Lean manufacturing, and quality management.Qualification
  • Clearly understands the Commercial Business he or she will support.
  • A minimum of two years leadership experience in a manufacturing site, preferred in Operations (i.e. team lead, section lead, manufacturing lead roles).Nice to have
    • Has experience leading and directing others.
    • Understands and is trained on key pillars as IIM (Innovation Initiative Management/ Early Management), AM (Autonomous Maintenance), and PM (Preventative Maintenance).
