You are a dynamic leader who has experience in both structured, rigorous environments and small startup firms where the team was built from scratch. With a strong service orientation, you have managed and grown client relationships. You are able to grow network and industry presence while bringing in net new clients and revenue, as your formal training establishes credibility with clients and your attentive nature ensures that clients are heard and valued.You are skilled at building and managing a team of advisors, developing talent, and integrating professionals into the Align Impact culture. You provide tools, resources, and training while fostering constant innovation and improvement, earning the trust of your direct reports.What You Will Be Doing:The Head of Advisory will align closely with the CEO and COO to provide strategic support across the company. You will partner with key stakeholders on the implementation and education of impact initiatives and performance reporting while directing research and advocating for new strategies based on client demand to complement the existing offerings.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all client engagements across the organization
• Lead the most complex client relationships
• Build and manage a team of Advisors & Sr. Advisors, developing that talent and integrating professionals into Align Impact's culture
• Set the bar and advise, coach and mentor the rest of the advisory team
• Coordinate and collaborate with the CEO, COO, and contribute to Business Development efforts across the organization, bringing in net new clients/revenue
• Continue to grow your network & industry presence for the company and you professionally
• Standardize Align Impact's offerings and provide tools, resources, and training to the advisory team
• Facilitate constant innovation and improvement, including strategic projects and initiatives for the firm as well as impact ecosystem
• Contribute to and collaborate with Executive Team & Senior Leadership (both as a collective as well as with individuals)
• Sit on Internal Investment Committee
• Prioritize appropriately & effectively manage deadlines
• Deliberately focus on your professional developmentQualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field from an accredited institution with a preference for CFP. A Masters' degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of related experience, preferably in private wealth management
  • Strong experience leading, supervising, and motivating a team of Financial Advisors
  • Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making
  • Deep understanding of ESG, Impact Investing, Modern Portfolio Theory, taxes, estate planning, insurance, and overall market environments
  • Some travel will be required based on the location
