Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll/HCM Practice.
This is lead WFM consultant position where you will be brought in to supplement existing client resources to help drive success of the WFM implementation.

Scope of Project

Business Structure

• 
  
• Support the Masterfile Import as necessary
  
• Work with the Client to complete Business Structure Analysis call(s) and review their employee assignments for the required elements necessary as part of the Business Structure.
  
• Support the Client with any missing required elements and complete the process of including this information. (Ex. Validating all Employees have assignments, confirming all departments included, locations/jobs, etc).
  
• Review with the Client information to determine what should be in their Business Structure, such as: Payroll Structure, General Ledger Structure, Reporting Requirements, Scheduling Requirements, Reporting Structure (Manager to Employee Visibility), Employee Expectations for Punching and tracking time/Transfer and review the Rate of Change of any element identified.

  • Review with Client project timeline and support Client to maintain target dates
    
  • Work with Client on testing Pay Policies, Accruals Policies, Time Off Request Policies, and User Profiles.
    
  • Consolidate list of issues from UAT testing to share with ADP Implementation

    Manager Training
    
    
    • 
      
    • Facilitate Manager Training courses specific to the Client's Workforce Manager system
      
      Go Live Support
      
      
      • 
        
      • Support client with creating a parallel/go live plan that could include tasks such as: hanging clocks, enrolling employees in biometrics with consent, enrolling employees in ADP Security Services for access to Workforce Manager features (i.e. punching, timecard, accrual balances, time off requests, etc.).
        
      • Answer support questions as needed during regular business hours or prescheduled

        Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity for an immediate start with an initial duration of 3 months with the possibility of extending. The project timeline has 4 phases outlined above and the level of effort will vary depending on each phase.
