Job Description:

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in New York, NY. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Senior-level experienced application developer to design and develop trading applications for Municipal Regulatory project
  
• The candidate will work in an agile team for hands on development using Python, Java, XML and Sybase/Oracle technology
  
• Candidate should have hands on design experience of trading system services related to regulatory requirements
  
• Software development experience of at least 10 years
  
• Experience of Object Oriented Database is desirable
  
• Candidate should be pro-active, self-motivated and quick to learn new technology/business features
  
• Understanding of Fixed Income Products and trading/life-cycle management required
  
• Experience of MSRB Regulation as applicable to Municipal products is desirable. Python, Java, XML, OOP, Agile

  • 10 Years' experience in Application Development
    
  • Strong Analytical FICC Regulatory - Reporting skills, strong in data structures and algorithms.
    
    
    Pay Range: $67.29 - $75.29
