Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO of their team in NYC. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a startup - perfect for someone who wants to be on a rocket ship about to take off!Responsibilities:Manage transactions, assist with fundraising aspects and budget discussions, and oversee operationsServe as gatekeeper to protect the CEO's time: manage email and make decisions on what is actionableManage written materials and assist with presentation development and internal briefingsManage communication with media, government, and management; follow up on action items Assist with contract management and negotiationsManages the administrative cohortWork closely with investment teamsQualifications:Experience supporting an executive preferably in a financial services environmentCapable of exercising good judgment, handling confidential information with discretion, and operating in the gray areaMust be comfortable travelling often with CEO Ambitious professional eager for advancement opportunityWillingness to go above and beyond in a high pressure, fast paced environmentCompensation/Benefits:Salary is flexible depending on experience 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits15 days PTO401K with matchBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
