Job Description:

This position will be a combination of systems engineering/development and business analysis. In this role, you will work directly with customers and members of our B2B consulting team to implement solutions which support our clients' business and technology needs. The Integration Analyst will be trained to utilize various technologies including, but not limited to, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, VMware, Oracle Databases, EDI, HIPAA / HL7, Windows, Unix and Linux OS, SQL, etc.
The Integration Specialist will leverage and contribute to best practice documents of repeatable processes to ensure more efficient application certifications, build releases, and deployment practices. The Integration Specialist will also participate in all lifecycle stages of the project, from requirements gathering through delivery, yielding a wide range of experience, exposure and responsibilities. The candidate will:

• Meet with clients to determine requirements and the scope of the project
• Clarify clients' system specifications and understanding their business needs
• Design and develop solutions to meet clients' specifications
• Implement and test aforementioned solutions
• Create documentation, including, but not limited to:
  • Requirements
  • Design specifications
  • Implementation guides
  • Project plans and status updates KEY SKILLS:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, and documentation skills, attention to detail, and strong creative problem solving skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
    • Strong understanding of computer science concepts
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
    • Fundamental experience in the following:
      • Operating systems administration and use (Windows / Unix / Linux / Mainframe)
      • Software development (programming / scripting)
      • Database management (MS SQL Server / MySQL / Oracle)
      • Computer networking
      • Internet/web programming (SOAP / web services)
      • Microsoft Office
      • Understanding of Object Orientation Paradigm & design patterns
      • Experience implementing applications in Core-Java, JSP, SOAP, XML and XSLT a plus
