Job Overview:
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for providing clerical support to the AP department including compiling and sorting documents, data entry, disbursing checks, reconciliation support, etc.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Enter all invoices in to the system
+ Scan all physically received invoices.
+ Manage all physical A/P documentation (invoices, credits, statements, and misc)
+ Setup the review system for statements
+ Files payment vouchers as needed
+ Mails vendor payments, as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ As assigned by the manager
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to work follow policies and procedures accurately.
Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:
+ Experience in administrative/finance related role preferred.
