Our client, a registered investment advisor, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support an investment team in their NYC office. The hours are 8am - 5pm (flex for OT) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote. Responsibilities:Provide administrative and project support to investment staff in a high volume, fast paced environmentRack and highlight all upcoming non-deal roadshows, conference meetings, events, analyst days, and earnings callsSchedule corporate access, sell side analyst meetings, and expert callsAssist in the facilitation of research and model aggregationManage calendar, book travel arrangements, and process expensesQualifications:Bachelor's degree required2-4+ years' experience in financial servicesCorporate Access knowledge necessary; Equity Capital Markets knowledge a plusHighly organized and proactive team player with keen attention to detailAnalytical thinker comfortable synthesizing information into digestible formatsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $90K - $115K base + bonusSmall employee contribution for Medical benefitsFree vision and dental plans401K with match3 weeks of vacationUnlimited sick timeFree lunch when in officeBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
