Job Description:
Userpilot is a leading product engagement and analytics software

event-based tracking solution gives product teams the ability to
gain insights into how to best acquire, convert, and retain their
users with the additional help of user engagement and feedback
tools.
The Head of Product will lead our product team and oversee every
element of product development from conceptualization to market
launch. This role involves managing the product roadmap, leading
cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our solutions meet the
needs of our customers and are aligned with our company's
goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the
company's strategic objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering,
marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure smooth product
launches and ongoing iterations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market
trends, and incorporate findings into the product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure product
development is on track and meets the established
specifications.
- Engage directly with key customers to gain product feedback and
understand their evolving business needs.
- Use data and analytics to drive product decision-making, assess
the success of product launches, and inform the product
roadmap.
- Manage and communicate the product backlog, prioritizing based
on business and customer impact.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and
adoption of our products. Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with
at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS
environment.
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of a successful
product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of technology trends and the ability to
leverage this knowledge to make strategic product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of
audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive
decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
