Job Description:
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and
three years of experience in the evaluation and/or analysis of
health, human services or related programs and/or fields; OR an
Associate's degree in a related field and five years of such
experience; OR seven years of such experience. A Master's degree in
a related field may substitute for one year of such
experience.Health Research, Inc.'s (HRI) mission is building a

arrangements. Preferred QualificationsA Master's degree in public
health, epidemiology, social and behavioral sciences, or related
fields. Background and experience in HIV clinical care or
supportive services. Experience in data collection and evaluation
of data for review and analysis of public health program areas.
Experience in collaborating with hospitals and community health
centers. Experience in data analysis using SAS, SPSS, R, Excel
and/or other analytical and data management tools. Familiarity with
VBA programming. Experience conducting community-based surveys and
in using SAS or SQL Server to manage large population-based data
sets. Experience in project management. Experience with creation of
high-quality infographics.ResponsibilitiesThe Evaluation Specialist
III in the Office of Quality Improvement (OQI) will work as part of
a multi-unit team dedicated to filling requests for data requiring
matching across several confidential data systems. The incumbent
will provide data analytic support to the Institute's Quality of
Care (QOC) Program. The incumbent will also work with the
Institute's Office of Program Evaluation and Research (OPER) to
perform research and evaluation to support the Institute's Research
Agenda. In this capacity, the incumbent will conduct all phases of
the evaluation process, including problem definition, planning,
implementation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of
findings. The incumbent is responsible for developing and/or
selecting appropriate evaluation methodology, data management, and
data analysis for multiple study components in accomplishing
specific project goals. Other related duties as assigned.Employee
