Our client a property management company is looking for a
Compliance Specialist/Manager (residential properties), also known
as an Occupancy Specialist in the real estate world. -This role is
a temp to perm opportunity, that also could be strictly permanent
for the ideal candidate. -
The Compliance Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day
operations of affordable residential units. The Compliance Manager
works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure overall
day-to-day Compliance operations of properties, which includes the
supervision of the compliance specialist team functions and
ensuring each property's compliance with all and any applicable
program regulations.
