SUMMARY: The Training and Placement Program Assistant provides support for organizational education programs, including student and volunteer placements, a nurse practitioner residency program, and an addiction medicine fellowship program. The Training and Placement Program Assistant will work in support of the Training and Placement Program Administrator to implement programming across the organization. REQUIREMENTS: Coordinate student and volunteer placements, including matching applicants to placements, processing their clearances, and maintaining student data and affiliation agreements. Support the Nurse Practice Residency and Addiction Medicine Fellowship Programs, including supporting recruitment and selection of residents and fellows, organize orientation and rotation schedules, assist in scheduling and organizing program meetings, and providing administrative support to learners and faculty as needed Bachelor's degree (BS, BA, etc.) or equivalent experience Experience in a health or education preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to track and manage multiple schedules and project timelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team The Institute for Family Health (IFH) is a non-profit organization committed to providing comprehensive primary health care services to disadvantaged communities.
