Job Description:

**Clerk Typist Valley Stream, NY $17.00 an hour**
Our client a local school in Valley Stream is looking for a Clerk Typist for their Franklin Square Location.
This opportunity to continue into the new school year (2022-23)
Summer hours: 9am-3pm
Hours as of September: 7:30am-4:00pm
**Clerk typist duties**
+ Department: Attendance Office/Guidance Office
+ Duties: Office duties such as but not limited too interact friendly with students, staff, parents/guardians, and the community
+ Answer the telephone and take messages
+ Schedule appointments
+ Make photocopies, fax, and scan
+ Complete bulk & light mailings
+ File documents
+ Use of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Word
+ Fingerprinting: Required
