We are partnered with a top medical group in Great Neck, NY!! They are looking to add a Call Center Representative to their medical scheduling team,
Description:
--- Answer a high volume of calls from patients
--- Enter patient information into the EMR system
--- Answer any questions about scheduling, rescheduling or canceling appointments
--- Obtain insurance information and enter patient demographics
--- Assist with scheduling for multiple specialties and physicians
Additional Skills & Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma


  • Call center experience


  • Front desk or Reception experience


  • Healthcare experience is ideal
