Job Description:
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and
one year of experience in administrative, financial, human
resources, operations or other program activities; OR an
Associate's degree in a related field and three years of such
experience; OR five years of such experience. A Master's degree in
a related field may substitute for one year of experience.Health

QualificationsAt least two years of experience with SharePoint and
MS Teams site design/development; at least one year of experience
with public health related activities; at least two years of
experience using virtual platforms for conducting
meetings/training.ResponsibilitiesThe Program Assistant I will
provide administrative and programmatic support to the Office of
Population Health and Prevention Programs (OPHPP). Responsibilities
will include providing administrative support for Office-wide
assignments and workgroups; providing support to the OPHPP grants
and procurement processes; assist with the communication of and
information sharing within the Office and with other AIDS Institute
units; supporting contract management databases; supporting OPHPP
SharePoint and MS Teams design and development activities;
coordinating in person and virtual meetings and trainings with
contractors, staff and community members; assisting with the
development of written documents and presentations; and performing
