looking for a Coordinator, Americas to join our Fondation CHANEL
Team in New York. You will play an important supporting role to the
Managing Director. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of
experience and a passion for creating the conditions for women and
girls (and other underrepresented groups) to thrive. WHAT IMPACT
YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL: The Fondation CHANEL Coordinator,
Americas will support special projects and initiatives on behalf of
the Team including working with internal and external partners and
crafting project management strategies. You will build
relationships with key partners and staff that are crucial to the
success of special projects in partnership or on behalf of the
Managing Director. YOU ARE ENERGIZED BY: Administrative
supportSupporting a variety of administrative tasks for the
Managing Director including managing her calendar of appointments
and meeting preparation, agendas, and logisticsSupporting
scheduling and preparation of more complex (multi-stakeholder)
meetings for the rest of the teamCoordinating the agenda and
managing meeting logistics, timing and flow for the weekly team
meetings. Supporting team member travel and logistics; accompany
team members on trips where support is needed and to events for
learning around topics and partnerships that are of interest for
career development Contract/ vendor managementManaging the
contracts for consultants and external vendors, with support as
needed from the rest of the team Board:Managing Board / Advisory
Committee scheduling, engagement, and learning agenda for the
Americas Working with the Managing Director and Board Chair to
create and facilitate a comprehensive board materials including
ongoing training materials.Leading the timely preparation of Board
/ Advisory Committee documentation and presentationsLeading the
development, each year, of an updated partnership
compendiumDeveloping event concepts with creativity, leaning into
the Fondation's values and spirit Leading the logistics for small
events, such as Town Halls, Board Offsites, Team Offsites /
Retreats and Grantee convenings, with extra support from the Team
for larger or more high-stakes eventsProviding support to the
Program Managers and Program Officers on grantee support and
community building; this is a high-priority and "high- touch" area
that the entire team contributes toSelecting partnerships of
particular personal interest to help shepherd, as a learning and
development areaTaking and collecting photographs and visual
documentation of partnerships and meaningful engagements WHAT YOU

anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,700 to
$82,500. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for
this position. Other components will include additional
