Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist for their USA and
Canada locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of group benefits programs for the US
and Canada
Provide excellent customer service and support the design of
quality benefits plans
Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services,
premiums, and plan administration
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
Three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits
administration experience
Knowledge of federal, state, and province regulations affecting
employee benefits programs
Computer proficiency with Microsoft products and experience with
HRIS and benefits databases
Professional designations such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP/PHR or SPHR
and CEBS preferred
