The Ticonderoga Golf Course F&B Operation is seeking a Function Setup Associate to assist in setup and breakdown of onsite and offsite catering events. Event Set Up: This jobs primary responsibility is to set up and breakdown event spaces. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, move furniture, staging, etc and breakdown the room after the event is complete. -Largely PM based schedule, but must be flexible with changes due to business levels -Able to maintain a physically demanding work load -Able to read, understand, coordinate event orders -Able to uphold an established set up schedule and game plan -Must understand and execute directive This job is also tip based. *This is not an event coordinator position.
