Job Description:

The Judge Group is seeking a Chief Operations Officer for a manufacturing company based in the New York City area.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in the windows manufacturing industry.The candidate must live within 2 hours of the company's headquarters.Responsibilities:--- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.--- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments are working together effectively and efficiently.--- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.--- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and business partners.--- Manage the company's supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.--- Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation management and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.--- Build and manage a high-performing team of managers and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Qualifications:--- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing experience--- 10+ years in the windows manufacturing industry--- Prefer candidates who have worked in manufacturing versus finance, marketing or sales, etc.
