Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outpatient Facility Coder Educator
for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with development of education/training materials and conduct
training for coding staff
Provide support and act as a knowledge resource for trainees and
staff
Assist with system testing and updates
Required Qualifications:
Expert outpatient coding skills, including surgical coding
AHIMA or AAPC certification
Experience with Computer Assisted Coding (CAC) and coding
guidelines
Proficient in ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
3+ years of outpatient facility coding experience
