A company is looking for a Senior UX and UI Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers to solve problems and grow products
Create user flows and employ a variety of design tools
Implement designs with HTML & CSS and maintain clean markup and
style
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy,
and accessibility in web and mobile interfaces
Ability to think strategically and conduct user research to inform
design decisions
Leadership skills and ability to lead design exercises and
contribute to team goals
Experience with facilitating design sprints and building design
systems
Interest in impactful projects in healthcare, education, and social
good
