A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator for their Value
Based Care - Clinical Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpreting referral and pre-certifications complying with
multiple sets of protocols
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all health care services
information
Entering referral and pre-certification calls into software program
accurately
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical terminology
One year of experience in managed care with referral
interpretation
Knowledge of medical coding, including ICD-10, HCPC's, and CPT
codes
Able to adapt to different situations and multitask
Ability to work independently, maintain organization, and meet
deadlines
