We strive to provide each business with an unfair competitive advantage through IT. Currently, we are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Remote Sr. System Engineer (MSP). This position will assist with client inquiries, preparation of scopes of work and is responsible for taking on project engineering (migrations, onboarding new clients, firewall implementation) and serving as the highest point of escalation when needed.

• 5+ years' experience supporting various Microsoft Windows Server releases and Active Directory
• ConnectWise -Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Proficiency in LAN, WAN and WLAN as well as network security principles, network monitoring and maintenance, and capacity planning
• Knowledge of basic network management practices
• Experience with Server Virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
• Experience with core Microsoft Technologies (AD/GPO, O365/Exchange, Windows Server configurations/deployments)
• Experience with SonicWall and/or Cisco firewall/router/switches (configurations and troubleshooting)
• Capability in multi-tasking several ongoing projects
• Migration experience specifically O365 migration experience
• 3+ Years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**
• Salary $80,000- $100,000
