Greetings from Brooklyn! I am a homeowner in Bedstuy and my family of 4 occasionally go away for trips, leaving our 2 kitties at home who require some TLC. We are regularly looking for a responsible house sitter to help take care of our home and cats while we're away. We pay $50.00/day for 2-3x per day feeding, mail collection, plant care, occasional snow clearing, trash & recycling, and being a point person for emergency communication with our Airbnb guests, who stay in the unit below our home.

The ideal candidate will have experience (and several references) in home care, ADORE cats, have great text communication skills, and should be able to spend a portion of most days at or near our home to play with our young cat, Cookie, and make sure she comes inside every night by dinner time for her curfew :)

We're looking for someone who is able to respond to and handle various tasks that pop up unexpectedly and is in close text communication with us. The perfect house sitter would either work from our home or at least not be away for very long stretches of time, and should have a genuine love for animals and be comfortable caring for pets.
