Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Solutions Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex multi-month in-person and virtual
instructor-led training programs
Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their
desired outcomes and designing programs to meet those
objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client
goals and program design and implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience architecting
Learning and Development programs for Engineers/Developers
Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies and experience
using Instructional Design Methodologies
Track record of successfully designing and implementing educational
solutions for Enterprise clients
Project/program management skills and/or experience consulting or
in professional services
