Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sensitive telephone communications with callers, managing
member accounts and providing prompt and efficient responses to
needs and requests
Open new accounts for new and existing members and proactively
identify service and product needs to promote first call
resolution
Educate callers on benefits, features, and applicable solutions,
and process financial transactions accurately
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
1-3 years prior customer service or financial service industry
experience
Sales experience preferred
