This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex antitrust matters, including merger reviews, litigation, and investigations. The successful candidate will be working closely with our team of experienced lawyers, providing expert legal advice on a broad range of antitrust issues. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and refine your legal skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.Responsibilities:1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex antitrust issues.2. Assisting in the preparation and review of merger filings and other antitrust-related documents.3. Representing clients in FTC/DOJ investigations and other antitrust enforcement proceedings.4. Advising clients on antitrust implications of business strategies and transactions.5. Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement effective legal strategies.6. Keeping abreast of changes in antitrust laws and regulations and advising clients accordingly.7. Providing training and guidance to junior team members on antitrust issues.Qualifications:1. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust law, with a focus on transactional work.4. Prior experience with FTC/DOJ investigations and merger reviews.5. Strong legal research and writing skills.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.9.
