Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Bilingual Chinese, Cantonese or Mandarin, NYS RN Care Manager for Dual Special Needs Plan, D-SNP, Care Management. Qualified candidates will have prior MLTC. MAP or D-SNP RN Care Management experience including LTSS, Dual Eligible and D-SNP members. Will consider candidates with prior Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) experience. Position is Remote, doing telephonic Case Management. Must have NYS RN and previous MLTC, DSNP or Medicare Advantage RN Care Management experience.
