Job Description:

Position Overview:We are seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to lead the technical integration of various ERP systems. Reporting to the Chief Digital Transformation and Technology Officer, you will oversee cloud transformation, application integration, and data management to ensure a seamless ERP consolidation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Strategy: Develop and implement the strategy for ERP system integration, focusing on data migration, cloud adoption, and resolving technical challenges.
• Architecture Design: Create and execute the architecture for ERP integration, managing transitions from pilot to system testing, and coordinating with vendors for data integration.
• Leadership: Guide project teams through the ERP implementation, ensuring all technical aspects meet go-live requirements.
• Collaboration: Work with senior stakeholders and vendors (e.g., Accenture) to ensure effective communication and alignment. Prepare technical reports for senior management.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful go-live on April 1 and global rollout.
  Requirements:
  • Experience in information technology as a Solution Architect with extensive experience in cloud transformation, application integration, and data management.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP implementations and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Ability to direct and manage data and analytics projects.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
    • Experience: Extensive experience in cloud transformation, application integration, and ERP implementations.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Cloud ERP
    • Project Management: Strong ability to manage data and analytics projects and vendor relationships.
    • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
