Job SummaryNYU Langone Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing medically prescribed radiographic and CT procedures, utilizing your expertise in radiology and patient care to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient imaging of patients.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate patient information and effective communication.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of radiology services.Requirements
  • Certificate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
  • New York State license or temporary permit to practice Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Two (2) years of experience in CT.
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Preferred Qualifications
    • Advance Certification in Computerized Tomography.
    • Five (5) years of experience in CT.
