• Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our teams and help the firm achieve its ambitious Human Capital goals.
• Though specific responsibilities will vary depending on the team you join, you'll be responsible for a range of logistical, data management, and scheduling tasks, and you'll interact with colleagues across the firm.
• Scheduling speakers, coordinating social mixers / events with leadership team members; and ordering food / snacks
• Participate in the facilitation of new hire on boarding and providing back up for the trainer when needed
• Contributes to the ongoing development and enhancement of the on boarding programs
• Supports in other areas of recruiting and talent developments, as well as provide support to the HR team as neededProfile
  • Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred, as is demonstrated attention to detail and project execution skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential.
  • Individuals with an affinity for client service and an eye for improving processes, as well as a willingness to dive into tasks both big and small, will excel in this role.
  • Successful candidates will exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information and excel at working both independently and as part of a team.
