Join our client's leading team of financial restructuring and bankruptcy attorneys as a Bankruptcy Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding distressed businesses through complex insolvency matters. The firm provides strategic and practical solutions to help clients navigate financial challenges while working alongside some of the industry's most respected legal professionals. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-profile bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings, creditor representation, and cross-border insolvency matters under Chapter 15.
• Advise clients on out-of-court restructurings, workouts, and alternative bankruptcy solutions.
• Provide comprehensive counsel to clients from various industries, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and more.
• Work closely with clients to assess bankruptcy risks, develop restructuring strategies, and implement remedial measures.
• Stay ahead of insolvency trends and legal developments to offer forward-thinking advice to clients.
  Qualifications:
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar.
  • Extensive experience in bankruptcy law, with a strong track record in representing clients in complex insolvency cases.
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including corporate restructurings, formal proceedings, and litigation.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop practical, strategic solutions for clients facing financial distress.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse industries and navigate their unique challenges.
