Staff Physical Therapist examines patients using fundamental clinical knowledge, implements a treatment plan and executes plan of care on a daily basis. Prepares for the evaluation in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses and researching unfamiliar diagnoses. Identifies need for consultations and/or refers the patient to another health care professional or health care services.
