When you join us as an MRI Technologist you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.Understand and use TR, TE, flip angel, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view and other adjustments and factors on the equipment in order to produce high quality images.Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.You Are:Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situationsAble to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleaguesAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problemsTo Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certificationState License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicableCPR certificationAt least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!BLS Required#MRNYWe Offer:Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.Health Savings Accounts with employer funding.Wellness dollars401(k) Employer MatchFree services at any of our imaging centers for you and your immediate family.Pay Range: USD $38.00 - USD $60.00 /per hour Shift: Weekends Shift Variations: Saturday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm Bonus/Incentives: $7,500.00
