Job Description:
Join a supportive healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in
Critical Care.
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care per
professional standards and policies.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and revise
individualized care and discharge plans.
Provide direct patient care, supervise staff, and ensure effective
communication for continuity of care.
Evaluate patient responses, adjust care plans, and document
accurately in patient records.
Participate in quality improvement, research, and professional
development activities.
Qualifications include a valid RN license, BLS certification, and
graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Work environment involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and
potential hazards that require proper precautions.
Requires physical agility, communication skills, and ability to
lift up to 50 pounds.
