Job Description:

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:The Research Associate will administer and execute Rett Syndrome Center research projects. The research associate will be responsible for all components of research, including: study start-up and implementation of study protocols, educating and training clinical staff on research activities, identifying eligible patients and surrogates, recruiting subjects via interviews and informed consent, and data collection, processing, and storage. The research associate will also manage regulatory affairs, including interfacing with IRBs, monitoring compliance and adverse events, maintaining logs, coordinating with sponsors and other sites for multi-center trials, overseeing study finances, and collecting basic quality data for patients. The Research Associate must be flexible with hours as needed and be able to travel for site visits and training related to multi-center studies.Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Computer literacy with Outlook, Internet search, MS Excel, and MS Word; experience with electronic data entry and retrieval systems
• Clinical Research experience Preferred
