Who we are:

Lenox Wealth Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP, is a Registered Investment Advisor that builds custom portfolios for individuals, families, trusts, not-for-profit organizations, and business entities. We currently have an immediate opening for a Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will be responsible for administrative and investment support functions supporting Wealth Managers including client account maintenance and executive administrative support.

What you'll be doing:

* Responsible for greeting clients, fielding phone calls, reviewing incoming mail, ordering client gifts and maintaining client files.
* Manages the Wealth Managers calendar, scheduling and confirming client meetings and booking conference rooms.
* Creates client correspondence as needed.
* Follow processes for all tasks associated with servicing existing clients including, but not limited to, tracking transfers and money movement between managers and various accounts, beneficiary changes, distributions, ACAT and wire transfers
* Work with Operations Associate on operational issues with clients, custodians and third party solution providers
* Responsible for daily operations, reconciliation and reporting for a registered investment advisor using Tamarac Advisor X portfolio management software and Schwab Portfolio Center
* Responsible for all tasks associated with establishing new accounts
* Assists with improvement projects at a departmental and company level and participates in continuous improvement initiatives to identify potential application solutions
* Maintain effective relationships with all internal and external customers including senior management, portfolio managers, and client service associates
* Follow process to ensure all client files (paper and electronic) meet compliance standards and maintain data integrity through active management of all records
* Assist with ensuring the existence of adequate internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements


Who we're looking for:

A tech savvy, detail-oriented college graduate who is comfortable supporting a busy Wealth Manager with his administrative tasks, but also adept at speaking with high net wealth clients and servicing their day-to-day operational needs. You will have at least two years of experience in a wealth management support role in an investment environment. Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center and Tamarac are a plus. Exceptional oral and written communication skills a must.
