esteemed Product Management team as a Senior Product Manager and
drive the evolution of our Creative Intelligence for digital
advertisement! About the Team: At Smartly, we empower our clients
with cutting-edge solutions for digital advertising across various
social media channels. As part of our Creative Product team, you
will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how businesses
strategize, execute, scale, and optimize their advertising efforts
around Creative through our Smartly Advertising Platform. Your
contributions will directly impact our client's ability to save
time and maximize returns on their advertising investments by
providing a seamless cross-channel experience with excellent
Creative at scale. As a Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead
the development of our creative-centric tooling within our
platform. Your role involves shaping the vision and execution of
Smartly Creative’s Creative Reporting encompassing Creative Element
Level Reporting across our platforms, Creative Predictive Potential
and Creative Insights ensuring we have solid and winning roadmap
for these topics for 2026 and beyond; In this role, you will
collaborate with the Creative PM team aligning with the owners of
the tools such as Producer, Editor and External templates and the
fully integrated DSPs we have. In addition, liaising with the
broader PM team owning the social platforms supported by Smartly
Media. As a Senior Product Manager, you will: Gain deep customer
insights to define product priorities and problems to solve Lead
product discovery activities, including user research and prototype
testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft product
vision and roadmap Own the product roadmapbacklog and prioritize
feature development Develop go-to-market strategies to drive
product adoption and demand Conduct client workshops and
presentations to showcase product capabilities Manage stakeholder
relationships and ensure alignment of strategy and execution What
we're looking for: 5 years of product management experience,
preferably in B2B SaaS Working experience in the DSP ad ecosystem
and ad-serving technologies including signal and targeting
strategies. Proven track record of leading high-impact projects and
driving user or revenue growth Strong leadership skills with
experience in cross-functional collaboration Expertise in launching
successful software products and features Background in
technologically complex domains, such as digital advertising
Proficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets Bachelor's
or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields Ability to work
and willingness to work from the New York office at least 3 days
per week Excellent English and willingness plus ability to travel
internationally to meet internal teams and partners What We Offer

Handbook ! The base pay range for this position is as mentioned
below per year, plus an annual performance bonus. We take into
consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience
in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary,
Smartly’s total rewards provide employees with stock options,
medical/dental/vision insurances, retirement savings benefits,
parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life
insurance, and disability benefits. This information is provided in
accordance with applicable law. Base pay information is based on
market location. Salary (base) in USD: $150,000 to $189,000 USD.
