industry, to apply. About the Opportunity Prints & Editions Intern
David Zwirner seeks a highly motivated Prints & Editions Intern at
its New York gallery. This role will support the Prints & Editions
team by conducting research projects and assisting the Director of
Prints & Editions with day-to-day tasks. Qualified candidates
should be highly personable, organized, motivated, and responsible,
with an interest in gaining experience in the daily operations of a
contemporary art gallery. What you’ll do: Provide general
administrative support for the Prints & Editions team, including
checklists and image printouts, database maintenance, and
organization. Work on research projects for the Prints & Editions
team. Track upcoming auction lots and results. Compile
informational decks and presentations. Ad hoc projects as assigned
by the Director of Prints & Editions. What we would like you to
have: Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability
to multitask, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a
fast-paced environment. The ability to exercise diligence and
discretion, be extremely organized, and possess a strong sense of
time management. An interest in contemporary art and the gallery’s
program. The Summer internship runs from June through August. This
position is 2 days a week, 10AM – 6PM, with a flexible schedule. To
ensure that our interns have a well-rounded and educational
experience, we ask for a commitment of approximately 3 months. All
interns are paid NYC minimum wage of $17/hour. All candidates must
be residents of NY, NJ, or CT. No lodging or commuting expenses
