PAY for CDL-A truck driving teams. Effective immediately,
experienced team drivers at USA Truck will enjoy newly raised rates
of $0.26 CPM with an increase after twelve months! New Productivity
Pay rates go into effect as well, meaning your team will get paid
more for every mile you drive. Make up to $0.035 CPM in addition to
your regular weekly earnings! Increased team pay is just another
way weve committed ourselves to providing a positive driver
experience and were ready for CDL-A professionals like you to join
our new era of success.
Productivity Pay
4500 4749 miles = Earns an additional $0.0025 CPM weekly
4750 4999 miles = Earns an additional $0.005 CPM weekly
5000 5249 miles = Earns an additional $0.0075 CPM weekly
5250 5499 miles = Earns an additional $0.01 CPM weekly
5500 5749 miles = Earns an additional $0.015 CPM weekly
5750 5999 miles = Earns an additional $0.02 CPM weekly
6000 6249 miles = Earns an additional $0.025 CPM weekly
6250 6499 miles = Earns an additional $0.03 CPM weekly
6500+ miles = Earns an additional $0.035 CPM weekly

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Job Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
No more than 3 moving violations in last 36 months
No more than 2 preventable collisions, incidents or accidents in
last 36 months
No DUI, DWI or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the
last 36 months
Stable work history
Valid CDL-A and Medical Card
