Job Description:
Major Bergen County NJ Landscape Construction Company seeking
Estimator with proven experience in the following. Primary
Responsibilities: *Preparation of Project Estimates for
Construction Manager *Calculating Cost of Material Requirements,
Labor and Equipment *Collaboration with Designer in Conducting Site
Inspections for evaluations and measurements * Review completed
bids and budgets with Management *Assist in Project Installation
Supervision Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work
Experience in Landscape Construction. * Minimum 2 years Landscape
Construction Estimating experience * Familiarity working with
Design Plans * Proficient with computer software programs including
MS Office (Word, Excel and Outloo * Ability to manage multiple
projects * Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills necessary
to interact with both crews and clients * Bi-Lingual skills a Plus
