Job Description The Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) has a mission to provide the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) with the capabilities development products for the sustainment warfighting functional areas. The mission of CASCOM, Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE) is to train, educate and grow adaptive sustainment professionals; develop and integrate innovative Army and Joint sustainment capabilities, concepts and doctrine to enable Unified Land Operations. CASCOM requires contractor knowledge, expertise and support services for Concepts, Doctrine, Force Development, Materiel Systems and Modeling and Simulations work that CASCOM is not resourced to perform in-house. Job Description Quantum's Senior Logistics Planner will plan, evaluate, and perform impacts in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments; Lead and execute complex analysis anticipating and understanding the impacts of second and third order effects; and provide strategic level concepts of operations related to CASCOM missions. Qualifications
  • Must possess a minimum of 27 years of experience in Sustainment Systems attaining a minimum rank of Colonel/06, preferably above
  • Must be capable of thinking at the strategic level and thinking through impacts in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments
  • Senior logistics planner must be capable of anticipating and understanding the impacts of second and third order effects
