- Define project--scope, goals, milestones, deliverables,
detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and complete tasks;

- Creates and delivers weekly project status reports
- Follow up with project owners and stakeholders on pending
action items from weekly/monthly meetings.
- Analyses and establishes critical path and proactively work
with stakeholders on all aspects specially remediation for off
- Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, plans,
and procedures for executing integrity across a diverse portfolio
of applications and technologies.
- Establish, schedule, coordinate, supervise, and document
testing and corrective actions.
- Collaborates with Program Managers to assist in completing
projects through mentoring the product lifecycle with the objective
of delivering high quality results.
- Collaborate with the enterprise Vendor Services team on due
diligence processes related to IT and establish risk
- Manage the maturity of our current Vendor Management
capabilities and building out other core competencies to include
performance and risk management.
- Perform risk assessments for all active IT 3rd party vendors to
maintain a culture of compliance; periodically request and maintain
due diligence documentation.
- Take ownership of Audit requirements requested by various
internal teams including regulatory inquiries. From analysis to
providing artifacts and documentation to meet these in a
satisfactory level. Qualifications BS/BA degree in IT Project
Management,--Business Administration, Information Management, or
related field preferred. Five (5) years of relevant IT experience.
Five (2-5) years of relevant experience in vendor/client related
due diligence and risk management. Five (2-5) years of IT Project
Management experience supporting or leading projects or key
business initiatives in a technical environment. Excellent
relationship management, communication, and leadership/influence
skills required. Excellent organizational skills with ability to
manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional
environment. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Visio,
Excel, and Project) required. Proven experience in auditing IT
operations, data, network infrastructure and control frameworks
Demonstrated knowledge of risk assessment, internal audit
standards, concepts and techniques Understand the functional
business area(s) under review and apply that knowledge to assist
management in identifying and monitoring strategic, financial,
operational and compliance risks Provide quality assurance for
individual work performed and ensure work conforms to established
standards Demonstrated work successes utilizing project plans,
issues logs, risk/mitigation strategies, governance risk controls
