Hiring for a Client based out of NYC!Urgently hiring for a Project Architectwith experience doing technical projects .Some project types include:Pharmaceutical, Hospitals, Institutional, and Commercial Buildings.The ideal candidate will have:5+ Yearsof professional experienceBachelor's degree in ArchitectureAdvanced knowledgeRevitin the development of large complex projects for all project phasesStrongtechnical skillsetwith experience in the development of construction documents and specifications as well as coordination with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and construction consultantsMust have the ability to read and interpret construction related drawings for all disciplines.
