• Defining business requirements and functional specifications.
• Actively participates in client meetings, presentations and on-boarding
• Responsible for ensuring resolution to client inquiries by either executing directly or escalating to the appropriate internal teams
• Documents all activities and resolutions using an internal workflow tool
