Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) handles BBVA's investment banking, global markets, global lending and transactional businesses for international and domestic corporate clients and institutional investors. BBVA CIB is a full-service provider of high value-added products and thanks to its proven business model it can deliver solutions for the most complex needs of its clients anywhere in the world.Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for proving day to day technology support for employees in the NY office and several remote locations. Respond to support requests received via email, phone, tickets, and walk-ins. Build/deploy PCs and Laptops for internal and remote use. Handle IMAC requests.List Major/Essential Job Duties: Provide computer, application, video conference, and mobile device support to all business unitsAssist with onboarding/offboarding of usersInstall, configure, and upgrade PC hardware/softwareAdminister Active DirectorySystems access administrationProvide support for Market Data applicationsProvide support for critical payment systemsRemediate security vulnerabilitiesAssist with providing audit information as requestedProcess Start of Day and End of Day procedures for payment systemsLevel of Complexity and Risk Involved: Please describe the level of job-related problems the position is required to resolve and the level of complexity associated with those problems. In addition, please include the impact those decisions would have on the organization (financial and non-financial).This position will be required to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely manner. Issues will range from a password reset to determining where the STP process is failing. Scope of Duties:Support is provided to 300+ employees consisting of Trading, Investment Banking, Corporate/Commercial Banking, and various support units. Support is also provided to several remote offices.
