Job Summary The role of the Post Production Coordinator is to provide reliable and effective entry-level support to all Second Child post-production services, including Editorial, Motion Graphics, Animation, and Sound Production, across broadcast, Web, and all other media. The Post Coordinator is highly organized and methodical, but also has an understanding of and interest in creative concerns. The Post Coordinator will assist other producers and artists by managing the details of specific projects at a busy post-production studio. The role may also interface with clients from time to time. They will be required to deliver work at high fidelity under strict deadlines, follow direction effectively, pay close attention to detail and anticipate problems. The Post Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of files, schedules, scripts, assets, and other items. The role will also maintain daily upkeep of status documents, POs/invoices, and other paperwork. They may also collaborate with the Second Child Studio Coordinator to maintain general studio operations such as maintaining booking schedules and onboarding freelancers. Job Responsibilities Maintain status sheets, budget trackers, facility and equipment assignments, holds and bookings, pipeline of pending projects, and status of delivery dates Assist Post Producer(s) in the creation of ballparks, bids, schedules, and workflows for editorial, animation, motion graphics, audio, and cross-disciplinary projects Maintain optimized workflows and asset traffic for outside post partnerships, including external color grading, Flame work, supervised post sessions, and final master delivery Collaborate with Senior Editors and Senior Post Producer to maintain robust administrative systems (order system, job numbers, budget and timesheet tracking, asset tracking, etc.) Manage file-based workflows, particularly with down-conversions, format conversions, and delivery compressions. Collaborate with Editors and Assistants to organize, upload, and QC deliverables to highest standards General administrative and organizational work on behalf of Post Production, including maintaining timely compliance with all Accenture platforms and systems
