DNV - Markets and Risk's Design and Evaluation group is seeking a Project Analyst with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to join our growing team. The Project Analyst will provide critical project support to project managers and project team members on a variety of exciting projects in the energy industry.

This position is based out of our North America offices, including Medford MA, North Andover MA, New York NY, Oakland CA, Madison WI, Arlington VA, Nashville TN or Middletown CT. - Remote work will also be considered from any location in the continental U.S.

What You'll Do
Assist project managers by recruiting and scheduling survey and/or on-site visits on behalf of project team members.
Assist project managers by administering surveys or collecting data through phone calls or email to customers to gather key information for a project.
Support project managers with project execution activities, both internal and client facing, including: Scheduling meetings, coordinating with subcontractors, creating project templates in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and communicating information related to the project.
Provide status updates to project teams on work performed to date, timelines, spending, and project risks.
Enter project-related data project management systems (e.g., MS SharePoint or Teams).
Work with project managers to track execution of work plans, including tracking project deliverable dates and issuing reminders to team members when appropriate.
Assist project managers with effective facilitation of team and client meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and proactively following up on action items.
As needed, assist with regular status reporting and invoicing activities by: reviewing time, expense and accounting reports for accuracy, reviewing subcontractor invoices, maintaining budget tracking information, and preparing invoices according to corporate and client specifications.

Assist project managers with the proposal process by coordinating with multiple departments to schedule meetings and by organizing proposal components prior to completion
Position Qualifications

Associates Degree or higher and 2 years of project coordination/management experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
In leiu of degree at least 5 years of project coordination/management experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. - will be considered.
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service attitude and team-oriented spirit.
Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; preferred: SharePoint and Teams
Travel up to 10% domestic
Must have a current valid driver's license.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, DNV provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $54,000 - $87,000
